DocuSpa is the third-party telehealth service that we use to fulfill this requirement.

You will receive a link to join the waiting room for your virtual good faith exam approximately 30 minutes prior to your appointment. You will have to click on the link to join the virtual exam.
A one-time $20.00 fee will be assessed at time of check-out with us. Please complete your annual Good-Faith Exam **prior** to your appointment with us. Thank you!
